What’s the opportunity?
As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of Robendevs Product and Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for creative problem solvers who are passionate about user experience and building the best products in our class. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and growth of our business and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Write detailed business requirements to capture customer needs and drive product development
• Create entity relationship diagrams (ERD) to model data flows and relationships
• Manage tickets and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA testers, to ensure that product features are delivered to high quality standards
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of our products
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Ensure that the product is working seamlessly across all environments, including testing, staging, and production

What skills do we need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years experience in a PM role for a digital (ideally SaaS) product working with stakeholders, PMs, designers, and engineers
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• An entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership, operate well in ambiguity, and get things done
• Effective communication skills. You know when to escalate critical decisions early
• A track record of successfully delivering strategic and tactical initiatives
• A track record of advocating and innovating on behalf of customers to make their daily jobs easier
• Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team
